1. Atelier & Small-Batch Philosophy

Every garment created by Aslihan Abaya is crafted in small, thoughtful batches using premium fabrics such as Nida, Crepe, and Chiffon. Because of the artisanal nature of our tailoring and hand-finished detailing, subtle variations in drape, weave texture, or hue under natural lighting are inherent characteristics of authentic craftsmanship.

2. Ordering via WhatsApp

To provide dedicated personal consultation, all orders are finalized directly through our WhatsApp concierge.

• When you click “Order on WhatsApp”, your selected piece and size are pre-filled in your WhatsApp message.
• Our team confirms fabric availability, delivery timeline, and payment coordinates before any transaction is executed.
• An order is considered confirmed once payment receipt is verified by our team.

3. Custom Sizing & Bespoke Pieces

We proudly offer bespoke size tailoring so your abaya fits your exact silhouette.

Please ensure your submitted measurements (Length, Shoulder, Sleeves, Bust, and Hips) are accurate before confirming your order. Our atelier crafts according to the exact specifications agreed upon during WhatsApp confirmation. Bespoke pieces tailored to personal measurements cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a verifiable manufacturing defect.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across India through verified premium courier partners. Standard orders are dispatched within 3–7 business days, while custom-tailored pieces may take 7–12 business days to handcraft and inspect before dispatch. Tracking credentials are provided via WhatsApp once your package leaves our atelier.

5. Exchange Policy

We only accept exchanges if you receive a damaged or incorrect product. To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure the following:

• Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
• Provide a complete unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
